Early
Arrival:
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes
prior to the start of any appointment. We understand that being late is
sometimes unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate every client.
However, depending upon the circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule
your service.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours notice prior to canceling. A service
charge may apply for missed appointments or those cancelled with less then
24 hours notice.
Children:
We appreciate the cooperation of all parents and kindly request that children
do not accompany adults to their services. However, services may be provided
to children when accompanied by an adult.
Cell Phones:
As a courtesy to guests and the staff, we ask you turn off your cell phone
before entering the spa.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of any spa services. The general
guideline is 10%-20% of the service fee. We do not accept credit cards or
gift certificates for gratuity. You may leave a personal check made payable
to the therapist or cash.
Payment:
We accept personal checks, cash, Mastercard and Visa. All prices are subject
to change without notice.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are perfect for every occasion and are available in any
dollar amount. They do not expire (after one year a $10.00 per month service
fee will be deducted from the value of the gift certificate). Certificates
are non-refundable, may not be used to purchase another gift certificate,
and may not be used for gratuities.
